Source of data and purpose of processing

The processing of data will be carried out using tools suitable to guarantee security and confidentiality and may be carried out otherwise than with manual tools, also through automated tools (both computer and telematic) for storing, managing and transmitting the data themselves. It is also informed that the personal data concerning you will be processed in compliance with the methods indicated in the Personal Data Protection Code, which provides, among other things, that the data are:- Processed in a lawful and fair manner;- Collected and recorded for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes;- Accurate and, if necessary, updated;- Relevant, complete and not excessive in relation to the purposes of the processing.

Categories of subjects to whom data may be communicated
We inform you that the personal data provided or acquired during the contractual relationship may be communicated to the following subjects who perform functions strictly connected or instrumental to our activity, functions which must therefore be considered fundamental for the operation of the company: 1. to the tax authorities, to social security and welfare bodies if necessary, to the Public Security Authority; 2. to carriers or other entities for ancillary services to the supply; 3. to companies or professional bodies for fraud control and credit recovery; 4. to banks and credit institutions for the financial management of the company; 5. to insurance companies; 6. to subjects appointed to audit the financial statements and to administrative, tax and contractual consultants. The personal data provided may also be communicated to other companies in our group for the coordination of management activities, both within and outside the European Economic Area.

Finally, we inform you that Art. 7 of the Personal Data Protection Code gives citizens the exercise of specific rights. In particular, the data subject can obtain from the data controller the confirmation of the existence or not of his or her personal data and that such data be made available to him or her in an intelligible form.
